The clock is ticking. Going Vegan is one of the best ways to Make a Difference, for yourself, the environment, and billions of innocent animals who suffer terribly every year to satisfy people's desire for meat.
A shift towards a vegetarian or preferably vegan lifestyle is healthier, more compassionate, and infinitely more sustainable. Thousands of people have been inspired by these insightful and eye-opening documentaries...It is my hope that you will watch some of them and be moved to think about joining them!
Albert Einstein is credited with saying, “Nothing will benefit human health and increase the chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet.” I believe if the term existed at the time and especially if the peril our planet faces was present, Einstein would have said “Nothing will benefit human health and increase the chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegan diet.”
I will put at the top of the list the BOOK that inspired me back in 1990, written by John Robbins, who gave up the Baskin/Robbins ice cream fortune he would have inherited, to become a major instigator of the movement towards this shift.
Diet for a New America.
He has written many other books since then, all brilliant, enjoyable, and inspiring

His son Ocean Robbins is also very inspirational

Of course I would be very remiss if I didn't mention my health-coach husband's (and mine too, to an extent) absolute FAVORITE sites
Dr.Michael Greger https://nutritionfacts.org/
and Dr.Neal Barnard https://www.pcrm.org/
And here is a list of documentaries available online and on streaming services

https://www.gamechangersmovie.com/
https://www.a prayerforcompassion.com/
https://www.cowspiracy.com/
https://www.forksoverknives.com/
https://www.vegucated.com/
The above films are informative, and with a very minimal amount of any graphic images. As the title would suggest,
"A Prayer for Compassion" has a spiritual focus. "What the Health" and "Forks Over Knives" address health issues, and "The Game Changers" is a great film for guys, in particular, because it emphasizes how many men at the elite athlete level improved their performance after adopting this way of eating
"Earthlings" by Shaun Monson is narrated by Joaquin Phoenix. It is quite graphic but if one is committed to making changes, watching it might elicit the response you need to make those changes. Mr. Monson has other features, including "Unity", which I have not seen. Nor have I seen "Dominion", but I hear it is similar to "Earthlings", by a different film maker
There are many more, a Google search can direct you , and I will add more as I have the opportunity to view and assess them
